Gastrointestinal adverse events such as nausea, diarrhea, or constipation, loss of appetite, and gastric intolerance are the most common. Drowsiness, lethargy, dizziness, sedation, and fatigue have also been described in scientific literature associated with cannabidiol use. When present, adverse effects are usually mild or moderate. In case of adverse reactions or any changes, the prescribing physician should be consulted and product use discontinued.
